Setting notifications from a particular forum - Is there a way to "watch" new posts and replies to a whole forum?

Is there a way to "watch" new posts and replies to a whole forum? If so, how? I'd like to watch the "Subdivision Modeling" forum by getting either email or facebook notifications of new posts and replies. Thanks. Mark
