Hello there,

I recently purchased ViaCAD 2D3D 10 for Mac with an OS X 6.8, 64-bit iMac. Once downloaded from the app-store the application won't open, but instead gives this message:

"ViaCAD 2D3D 10 cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure ViaCAD 2D3D 10 works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X."

I've downloaded and installed OS X Lion and the same problem occurred. I'm now in the process of getting Sierra to see if it'll work then.

Has anyone experienced this error before?

I'm incredibly new to this software, so any help would be greatly appreciated if possible.
