Upgrade to Shark 10 Pro from Shark FX 9

I put my serial number in to get the upgrade price and they said upgrade pricing was not available. I have Shark FX 9.0.4. Should that be upgradable?
Are others having this problem?

Todd Contacted me and told me to remove the "PS" in front of my serial number. Thanks Todd!

I've experienced this problem also. Make sure you use uppercase for the letters when you enter your serial number.
