I've just started a drawing of a lathe solid, which has rads on it. Started the drawing, can't select the rads for a dimension! If I section it I can then add the rads. If you create a basic shape, and then stick a rad on one of the ends, and try and dimension it, I can't get it to work!

Hello UG

Can you post a pic or a sample file? Did you use smart dimension tool or the specific diameter or radius dimension tool?

Hi,

it doesn't work with either smart or rad dim tools. I've done a very basic example. It's saved on the drawing, and if you try and add a dimension nothing happens.

Cheers

It works if you switch to precise curves.

Hi L.Banasky, I don't have shark so unfortunately that option I do not have. I'll have a look at changing the view Jason, cheers.

Just been struggling to add them to a section view also. Only Smart dim would work.
