Can anyone confirm if this works for you, goto HELP --> TUTORIAL and select any item STEP-BY-STEP

Does yours open in PDF w/o issue? I suspect I may have an issue with my system that is not allowing the app to open PDF's (win10-prof + norton av).

The Video and Models open just fine.

UPDATE - false alarm, it was my machine. One of the Adobe startup apps was not running, it pulls file manifest info to hand off to the app like Reader, something like that. w/o that startup item I was getting a "cannot connect to DDE server" err pop-up, but that window stayed behind all my other windows so I never saw it. How nice of them to not call the window.focus() function. Anyways, not an issue.
