Hi,


I bought Viacad Pro V11 ( Windows download Edition ) last week and yesterday the PowerPack V11 ( download too ).
For the download I become only a Serial-Number for the activation, but after I have done the registration succsessfully
nothing happens.
The Menu of the PowerPack only shows "Buy PowerPack", "Activate Powerpack" and "PowerPack Help".

The Preferences shows "Registration .... PowerPack=Enabled" and ViaCad Pro V11 becomes the new SerialNumber of the PowerPack.

Can someone help me?

Sorry for my bad english, but I never spoke english for a very long time.

I had this, turns out the V11 they give you doesnt activate the powerpack. Contact Todd, his details are on this forum, and he'll send you an updated link for another build works fine. I would ask him to reset the serial numbers whilst you are there. I tried that many times they got blocked and he had to reset them!

I hope so.

I took a look to my ViaCAD Pro V10 Registration...

After Registration I got a mail from [email protected] with the Serial-Number and a Authorization Code .

I miss this mail for the ViaCAD PRO V11 / Powerpack V11 Registration.

The Problem is solved, an update and a new Registration brought the solution.
