Multiple Monitors and macOS Dock location

This has been discussed before but I cannot find a solution in the forum. With certain monitor and dock configurations, the tool palette has a problem. I cannot select items in the slide out tool sub-palettes. I have to drag the sub-palette off from the main tool palette in order to select a tool on it. Configuration that fails: Two monitors, second monitor to the left of the main monitor, macOS dock on the bottom. Individual changes that fix the problem: Move the macOS dock to the Left position (via the System Preferences panel). Move the macOS dock to the second monitor (in the Bottom position) Move the second monitor below the main monitor in the Display layout. Has anyone seen a fix for this? >>Two monitors, second monitor to the left of the main monitor, macOS dock on the bottom. >> I cannot select items in the slide out tool sub-palettes. This should now be corrected in the next build 1428. In addition to the sub-palette issue, you should now be able to move and resize the drawing window on the second monitor. Tim
