Thats a tricky task, this is my way to tweak: 1.- Create the detailed views you need to transport to another sheet 2.- Create manually a new set of of layers for a sheet (tile block, dimension, and drawing sublayer), by selecting any simple part and run model to sheet, then delete the viewport created. 3.- Back to the sheet where you previously create your detail, section view or what you want to transfer. 4.- Select the viewport to activate it, these select all the content in this one 5.- from "edit" main menu select "change layer" command, ( i have a shortcut for this one), and from popup window select the drawing sublayer where you want to place your detailed view (ej. viewsheet2/drawing2) 6.- this is the last one, and the tricky one, with the mouse, click and drag right to left to try to select just the frame of the viewport that content your detailed view that you want to transfer (the selected viewport must show with a solid line instead the dashed one), then, with the same change layer command, transfer this one to the same sublayer you send the content you previously change. Hope this help, Luis G.

Sorry, mistyped word, is drag instead draw, i edit and correct the post to avoid confusion.
By doing this you select the core frame of the viewport instead of activate it, so, you can send the viewport to another layer.
here a video with the process:
