infinite planes as surfaces (#751)

OK, this one has bothered me for awhile. Currently, infinite planes are treated basically the same as other surfaces except for the "Cut section" and "Project Curve to Plane" tools, which have equivalent tools that work for other surfaces ("Surface/Surface Intersect" and "Project Curve Surface" In my humble opinion, this is exactly opposite of the way that infinite planes should be treated. When I am projecting curves or intersecting objects, I could care less whether I am using a infinite plane or a surface. However, when I am trying to organize my part and separate out my construction geometry from my model geometry, I want to be able to use the select mask to select only the infinite planes so I can move them to another layer or hide them. I will often use 20-30 planes, maybe more, in a model and currently I have to select them individually to separate them from my model surfaces. It makes working with planes cumbersome..
