Hi, apologies if this has been asked before. How long before the registration numbers are sent via E mail after the app has been downloaded and the request made (via the submit button) ?

Incidently it seems not possible to down load the current version of Concepts3D as a demo. Is this because I previously downloaded an older version some time ago?

We send it immediately via an autoresponder. Sometimes I've seen it take up to a half a day, because of some users ISP. The most frequent reason though is that autoresponder gets marked as spam by your ISP or email program. If you have not received it within 4 hours, I would email punch techsupport at [email protected].

You can download the most current version of C2D, C3D, and CU demos at either www.punchcad.com or www.csi-conecepts.com. The demo links are sent as autoresponders so maybe your ISP is blocking autoresponders.
