lathe tool and multiple profiles (#70)

Hi Tim, [Intel Mac] When I use the lathe tool on a single profile, everything is dandy. But if I try multiple profiles, it doesn't work. If the profiles are separate, sitting next to one another, CU does nothing. If the profiles are concentric (they would extrude a walled shape, like a pipe), CU tells me something dire happened, partially locks up, then crashes.

Interestingly, if I have two profiles side-by-side and try to lathe them (an ellipse and a circle, for example), after I select the axis, nothing seems to happen. But then if I use the selection tool and drag one of the profiles onto the other one, suddenly the lathe tool fires up and I get two overlapping extrusions.

Sure enough, repeats here as well. Will look into.
