Whenever I have an extensive BOM, my file gets terribly sluggish.

Now how do I permanently delete the BOM so it doesn't "look" for it or try to update it anymore?

I tried putting it on a different layer and deleting it but that doesn't work.

I just want it gone for good - no more regenerating over and over. It just won't go away, and now that I don't need it anymore (just needed it to copy/paste to a spreadsheet), it's making everything run too slow.

Anyone have any idea?

I'm having difficulty because each time I update a part, the BOM pops up.

I just want to disassociate every part from this and permanently delete it.

I can drag the list way off to the side, but if I try to put it on its own layer and turn off that layer, it still pops back to the current layer as soon as I do anything to any part within the list.

Thanks.

I've made a video showing how to delete a BOM table.

Plus I added an option in 1008 builds to delete a bom table from the dialog box.
