I get this error message when trying to round the edge by 1mm (its a 15 mm panel). Not complex geometry at all merely a simple extruded profile.

Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? Thanks.

I think you need to select the edges individually around the perimeter. Not sure what is causing this.

I would redo the profile. There's a small kink on the upper left side which is too small to detect. Another way to check this problem is to check the draft angle. :eek:

Also, with your original profile make sure you have continuity especially with the slopes at the meeting curves. When I broke the solid to lines I get a lot of slopes going at different directions.

Thanks, I will redo the curves. The profile was given to me in an adobe illustrator file which I imported into shark and extruded. I probably should have redrawn it and thus mitigated any of those wonky errors..
