I believe what you are looking for is to put a dimension constraint on your angular line, and then edit the dimension.

Thanks Mike, but I guess I don't understand completely.

Exactly what dimension constraint do I add to my angular line(s)? Auto? Smart? And is it to both lines or just one?

If you could post a quick video it would help my feeble mind tremendously.

Thanks for the video - your constraint tutorials are welcome anytime in my opinion. I wouldn't have guessed to lock the bottom line.
