How to export without hidden lines? (#3066)

I asked this before but got no response, so I will rephrase my question: I need to export an exploded isometric diagram of a piece of furniture. How do I export this in .ai format, so that only the visible lines are showing and the hidden lines are not? I've already thought about opening it in Illustrator and deleting those lines that are not visible, but I would like an easier method if it exists. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi
You can try this
Goto Top view
Create a single draw view
Select and copy your object
click on the draw view to activate
Then in the draw view paste
Rt click on the red box at top left
change your view to iso or custom
rt click on draw view frame top left corner --> properties
do precise line and set up and assign line types you want etc.
then rt click on the red box at top left of draw view
pick flatten view.
now you have an iso view wireframe with no hidden, that you can export to dwg, ai etc.
