Can someone tell me what this error message is and how to avoid it? I'm trying to complete a model that has a lot of complex contours and I get this message every time I try to create a surface using the two rail sweep tool.

Here's the object I'm trying to sweep. I would like to sweep the red line following the green and blue rails.

Thanks! Hmmm...I thought I had already converted those to splines...hmm. I find that most of the time the programs "bugs" are simply me just not doing something right. Thanks again!
