After a quick search of the forum I haven't found anything addressing a problem I have with alternate line types, in particular dashed or dotted lines.

How do I get the length of the dash and the spacing between the dashes to scale up to very large models. From what I can tell they seem to be fixed around 1" long with 1" of spacing, but on a model with a length of 800" they appear as solid lines until you zoom in substantially when they start to appear as dashed / dotted. I'd like to them to scale up and down a la construction lines but also print which construction lines don't.....

Thanks

Charlie

Thanks Jason, but there appears to be a difference between Mac and PC versions. There's no scale function in the Mac version......

On inspector palette, select the the pen icon, then pattern pop up menu and you will se "more" at the end of the pop up window
