Guys, This is driving me nuts! I have two generally concentric solids I'm planning to subtract to make a shell for a molded part. I need to loft together 2 parts for each of the solids for the subtraction. Both sets are very similar, but one set (lower set in the attached file) lofts easily every time, but the other set will not, generating the ACIS Error "Surface U and V are in the same or opposite direction:Lofted Solid_620522". I angle the faces a bit, same error. I mirror the top left object, same error. I move the parts laterally a bit or increase spacing, same error. Looking at direction arrows, both sets look similar.
Anyone know why the difference and how to loft the upper left set?

I got it to work by setting the Bulge from one to zero. I think it's something to do with the slight taper on the small green part that stops it from working. Martin.

Interesting; I had tried various values above and below 1.0 on bulge, but not 0. Thanks!!
