I received the same email, so I thought that this would be a good time to upgrade from Shark FX V5.5.

Only, I haven't been able to figure out how to order through the website as it won't let me create an upgrade buy.

There is a Display Options above a box that I have typed my Shark FX version and serial numbers, amongst other things to no effect.

I've tried the website for an upgrade to no effect on a couple of other occasions that were (inconveniently) the weekends when the coupons expire. I've even tried other browsers besides Safari, including IE 8 and FireFox, again to to effect.

I would appreciate anyone that could steer me through to a solution.

Tom, i think you may have to call in (800-395-0277) for the upgrade version but i read a coupon code may not apply, but it may not hurt to try if they'll do it.

hey, come on... just play along from across the pond... just think about it as another great excuse for beer (and BBQ, etc) party time :)

yeah, looks like the Encore people (the ones that own Punch i think) also happens to own the Dragon Naturally Speaking company. I still remember the Dragon people were a start-up company in the mid or late 90's i think. Their managers came over here to promote and demo their stuff and were trying to get companies to sign-up for it, etc (but we didn't know what to do with that software back then). At that time the Dragon software/application was the cutting/leading edge stuff like right out of a star trek movie... talking to the computer and doing the dictation stuff. :)
