In Shark FX v7, I have nothing but activation issues.

Seems if I swap between wired & WiFi, the activation breaks and I need to get a new code. I've run out of activations now, and it takes multiple days to get Encore to respond with a valid code. (I'm dead in the water right now and I've gotten TWO "Not Read: need code" email responses to 2 requests.

What gives with a return receipt/response of "not read" ????? Automated ignoring customers?

If this hasn't been fixed in v8/9, going elsewhere is the main route. Being down for a day or two is not an option.

Send me a private email tim.olson at evo-soft.net and I can re-activate a v7 code if you still have not heard back from tech support.

Encore changed the activation system with 9.
