Hi all,

I created an extrusion that was union-ed to the part it intersects.
Filleted the intersection created by the two parts.
From there, I added a counter sink hole feature, added a fillet to the inside diameter of the countersink hole (the top internal edge) and the sunk edge.
When I try to fillet the top outside edge of the extrusion an illusionary surface ( sorry I see it but it can't be selected) that seems to be a pretend cap on the lower edge of the fillet, so I can still see thew inside fillet just not the fillet on the sunk edge. Does this make any sense?
I will try to add two images to better explain.

Thanks!

Tem

Try the simplify object command. See if that helps.. I try to do that when things can't happen my way or expected.

Thank you rockyroad_us.

In the end I created a solid to cut away material, creating the fillet. It was a lot of manual work. Next time I will try the simplify object command too.
