Looks like it only exports STL, so that kills it for me. Otherwise, the UI looks nice (I have a Solidworks fetish, be warned). For those who simply want to use it for 3d printing, $50 ain't bad, but I need something that can play ball with Rhino, which means NURBS import AND export. FYI, PTC Creo PE can save out STL, and it's free. Autodesk 123D actually exports IGES(!) and it's also free (IMHO, it's the absolute best free option for software that can export NURBS geometry).

"Cubify Invent: affordable design tool created just for 3D printing" would pretty much explain the limit to STL exporting. It's designed to work with the Cubify 3d printers.

That's almost certainly true, but 123D was created for the same purpose, and yet exports to several formats, including multiple NURBS flavors.
