If I understand the manual correctly, one cannot click-drag to produce slope handles while creating a Bezier curve, as one would do in a vector illustration app: the curve is first created by clicking its control points, then one selects it and gets to edit the slopes. Would it be possible for a future version of ViaCAD to make the Bezier tool more like, say, Photoshop's Bezier curve tool, letting us click-drag the slope handles on the fly?

Also, it would be interesting that, when adding points to a Bezier curve, there was an option for leaving the curve's general shape as intact as possible, adjusting the existing slopes accordingly.
