Rebooted.

Same crash.

The object parts were merged using the Add Solid>Export STL>Mesh Parameters update>Crash

Not using Add Solid merging parts>Export STL>Mesh Paramters update>Saved

So whats wrong w/ the merged object vc3 file ?

The model vc3 was saved in step and opened w/ SW.
SW had no probs combining objects, change axis orientation to Z, saving as stl w/ assigned my mesh parameters.

There were 3 assemblies w/ combined parts.
When none of the assembles were combined(Add Solids) and the model exported to stl, it didnt crash.
When 2 of the assembles were combined(Add Solids) and the model exported to stl,it seemed to almost crash, but didnt.
When 3 of the assembles were combined(Add Solids) and the model exported to stl, it crashed

Ill email it, if you wish.
