Why PUSH/PULL or MOve Face is not workikng?

Hi
I need help! I can't manage to move the 2 brackets for the roof 0.5mm away (outside). Actually i need only to move the rod of the brackets, not the end.
Hmm. I'm desperatly need a hint. Please have a lock at my file.

hi,
try the tool "remove face" first to remove blends

Now PUSH/PULL will get a new surface.... instead of moving the face
-now it works...!!!!
