mesh symmetry...not always?

I´m trying out mesh symmetry for the last days.
Found an error. Allways had the symmetry on and all seemed fine until shark got confused which vertices are the ones from the other side...

Hi Albano, I have converted your file to "meshes only", may be that this sheds a new light to the symmetry question best wishes - Bernd -

Hi Bernd,
the circles were only applied to show the questionable vertices that got mixed up.
try to manipulate them, and you will see the mirror verices on the other side are mixed up. That is: another vertex moves with the symmetry..
