Hello everybody
I have ViaCAD Pro V9 for a few weeks now. I am pretty happy about it but I have a huge problem when I try to export my drawings into DXF or DWG format.
It crashes during the export and I am not able to finish it. It happens whatever the version or the setting is. It happens even with a simple drawing like a simple circle.
I would like to know if anyone has an answer about that and what I can do to solve this problem.
Thanks for your help
Nicolas

Hi Nicolas

Can you upload this file? I will export in my debugger tools and make sure it's not something like a illegal layer name for DWG.

Hi Nicolas

I examined the file and it looked good.

I'm wondering if it is related to the install of the app or your something about your machine(path, filename, virus protection, file system, etc). To check the app install would it be possible to install the ViaCAD Pro PowerPack beta and do a DWG export?

If this fresh install still crashes, it might be related to your configuration.
