Last night the "Features" tab of the concept explorer stopped showing data. It's just blank. I chose a part, modified an edge radius in the tree, applied it. Did some other modeling, then went to features to check a dimension, and it was just blank. And it remains so. Some way to turn this on and off? Or fix it?

Not file specific. I opened a new file, reset prefs, made a block, and chose it, and it's still just gone.

Restarted and fixed permissions to no avail.

naturally, it's time critical.

thanks.

What happens when you right click inside Concept Explorer? It may be all the masks are turned off.

Selection window comes up. Screenshot attached. (I have a support ticket going with Encore-Todd Q, if that matters). First response covered to do the things I already did.

The mask appears to be displaying only selected Mesh items. What happens when you change it to All Objects? The part you have on the image appears to be a solid block with blend.

Ah, he fell into that mysterious trap. I did that long long ago. I think that feature should have a secondary prompt since one can accidentally activate it especially with a multi-task mouse.

That seems to have taken care of that issue.

Interesting that it didn't go away with a new file. Are there global prefs that I can trash to get the workspace back to default all around? I can see getting into messes that I can't figure out how to get out of. I had to deliver a file today, couldn't figure out how to get Shark to get back to what I needed, so went and borrowed a Solidworks workstation to finish it. A way to get back to 'fresh' would help.

not sure how I got in that position in the first place-is there a keyboard shortcut to do that? Keyboard response, or lack of, is driving me nuts. I'm sure I just need to figure out where the cursor wants to be when pressing assorted keys to try to do things.

thank you

I appreciate the quick response.
