I get this message:

"ACIS Error

! Sweep_to_body_limitation, sweep operation which result on sheet bodies cannot be swept to solid closed bodies.

In an earlier version of the file, there was no problem. Now there is, when I attempt to sweep to a solid made via a thickened surface. The sweep Rigid to Object works when the swept surface from curves terminates at a surface, however.

I simplified the surface, no joy.

I changed the lines to polylines, no joy.

I reversed the direction of the solid, no joy.

Interestingly, I CAN use the One Rail Seep Solid tool to create a surface out to the solid, and have it terminate.

The most likely reason is that the sweep body overlaps the boundary of the receiving face. Post the problem part of the file if you want a definite answer.
