I upgraded and everytime I enter my serial number I get:

"Unable to connect to any activation server. Please check your firewall and re-try."

I sent email for help and got a response informing me to disable my FW, etc.

So I have to disabled my cyber security so this software can activate? Folks....that is piss poor in today's environment!

So I try it anyway! Watching FW logs to make sure I don't get port scanned or something! So I disable Windows FW. I then create a rule on my Verizon FW to PASS ALL traffic from Internet to/from my PC's IP address.

And guess what???????????

Same error. Uninstalled software, reinstalled...........

And guess what?????????????

Same error!

First..........$259.00 software should not require you to disable all your security controls to activate...........and second........when you do disable them all.......IT SHOULD AT LEAST WORK!
