Hello All,
These are not going to win any contests, but I purchased VIACAD 2D/3D V9 this month and was able to punch these out in short order. I find the VIACAD user interface to be quite intuitive, and there seems to be a need for more VIACAD images overall. I do a lot of 3D modeling, and if interested a small sampling (e.g. architectural and otherwise) can be found on my web page (not posting those images here because they are not all from VIACAD):
http://users.cloudnet.co...ro/Non-Astro/EntCent.htm I hope to do a lot more with VIACAD in the future. I really like it. Anyway, my first images with VC9 are shown below:
1) The UV Laser - Modeled in VIACAD 2D/3D V9, but I had to import to Blender 2.74 for rendering as VC9 2D/3D does not provide photorealistic rendering. I did not modify the VC9 model in any way after I imported to Blender. I just applied textures, lighting, and rendered it.
2) Sci-Fi TV Screen. Inspired by old B&W sci-fi movies. For practice using VC9.
