Once again, I am getting a "Fingerprint Mismatch" error, when I try to boot Shark LT8. I had thought that I was buying a license to use professional software, but apparently I was mistaken. In 30 years of making my living with a wide variety of computer software, I have never encountered an application that is so anal and neurotic. Even Adobe Systems, as cumbersome as their activation process is, cannot reach this level of ineptitude.

I have sent in a request to Encore support... and in a day or two I will probably receive their activation code back... but in the meantime I am dead in the water. This is absolutely ridiculous... I have a client who is waiting for drawings, that are basically completed, but I cannot provide what they need, because my STUPID PunchCad software will not open.

I'm about to go VERY public with this on as many CAD forums, etc. as I can...... This is totally unacceptable for $800 software.....

Tim,

Thank you very much for the help. I'm sure you can appreciate how frustrating it is to think that you have a tool that is ready to use, and find that "the engine won't start"..... I received your private e-mail, and will be back in business shortly....
