Erased element appear after reopening the file

Hi to all,
I do have a serious problem with Viacad pro German Version: 9.0.0 Build: 1107.
It seems that the delete function does not work properly. If you delete elements like lines cricles etc. the elements disapear first but after saving and reopening the file the parts apear again! Unfortunately it is not always the same. The effect appears some time.
Has anybody an idea how I can get rid of this?

I've found that this is a problem with lines imported from Illustrator. What I do is select the lines and select <Remove Links> and then you should be able to delete them, if they don't delete repeat the <Remove Links> two or three times as some links appear to be nested.

Take a look at your Preferences -> Filing tab and see if "Clear Undo On Save" is checked, if not, check it and see if that clears it up.
