Would the price to upgrade Shark FX v8 to Shark LT v9 be the same as if I upgraded from Shark LT any version?

I am asking because I didn't notice any upgrade option from FX, only ViaCAD and Shark LT.

this would be a downgrade and is therefore probably not possible.
