Made a model with three layers. Layer one is a pipe. Layer two and three are both
flanges added to the pipe.

Doing a model to sheet I have a couple issues.

1. My top right view port displays an isometric view but wire-frame. I'd like to have it
display a solid.

2. If I try to modify the view in any way I lose my pipe. The flanges stay but
the pipe disappears. The more I mess with modifying the view the more likely I
am to lose one of the flanges too.

Any help appreciated.

All the Best,
Dougw

Fixed.

When creating a model to sheet you need to set the "Edges" in
the properties window to Flatten, Phong, or Gouraud. This
gives you a solid in each viewport.

You can then select a viewport, right click and select properties
then change the "Edges" setting to "Poly-lines" to get a wireframe
in that viewport, if desired.

Changing a viewport to Flatten, Phong, or Gouraud after originally
selecting "Poly-lines" doesn't seem to work.

Bet I spent 3 hours fooling with this before my original post.

All the Best,

Hi Doug

FYI, I've got a video that gives a general overview of the model to sheet tool at:

I can't get a hard copy print when I have a rendering in a viewport.

If I do a poly-lines wireframe it prints just fine.
