I have a solid, the dark green one in the image, which was created by extruding curves and joining them together with the add solid tool.
Selecting the solid shows it as one part but I cannot form fillets with the blend tool as it still sees the individual parts and not the part as one.
I recall the thing to do is to check object but I am at aloss what to do next.
Please advice, where did I go wrong, how can I correct this?

Yes, already tried that. A message box pops up " Solid already separated"

Try selecting the object and then, Edit--> Change object type, Select curves. I do this with You file and see many bugs in connection. You must clean model, remove bad or unused lines in. e. save circles but remove lines as "circles" and create new surfaces and put it together with "stich solid", or make from planes new solids by "extrude solid" and put it tog. with "add solid".

be free, my friend

luk72, Thank you for your reply. I see now how the part can be recovered, delete unwanted lines and extrude the curves into solids. What I don't understand is where I went wrong in the original construction. I created the model by extruding curves and joining the parts together with add solid.
