hi

please could someone tell me the correct way to do a clean install of shark FX i have done this with Turbocad but am unsure of the correct way to do this with FX

Hi Brian

The Mac installer places the Shark FX 9.app file into the Applications folder.

Once the app is launched, the user preferences folders and files are created at:

/Users/<yourlogin>/Library/Application Support/com.encore.sharkfxv9

You can delete this folder to remove all your user preferences.
