Hi,

I am using the ViaCAD-9 Pro (German) and I have
installed the newest Version.

There are no instructions for the Mesh-Modeling-Tools
in the PDF Handbook.

Are there instructions available in German or English?

Thank you very much.
Joerg

Ansonsten in YouTube ViaCAD suchen.

Hi guys,

You stand a better chance of involving other users if you kept the conversations in English. Just a suggestion. Even if I don't reply to a topic I do read and learn from other peoples posts.

Cheers

Unfortunately I am not able to illustrate all my problems in english caused by the different names and positions of the menue functions in the german version of the program and the identifier of the computers key board. So your <CTRL> is our <STRG> which will be the easiest difference. Also translater do not help, they produce often real nonsense. Therefor a amusing example: you understand what it means - disk grinder shroud, yes thats a cover for dust protection. A automatical translater makes from this expression the word "Leichenhemd", but "Leichenhemd" that is the last shirt for a dead man, a cere cloth.

If there is a german forum for the german version of ViaCAD I would be very glad to meet it.

Sincerly

If you can contact Martin, I haven't heard from him for a while though. Martin is a wealth of knowledge about all things German, CAD and airplanes. He would be able to help you.

Martin has left the (Cowblat) building years ago, hence unlikely that he can help with the new mesh modeling stuff.
