i installed this program some months ago.
today i need it but i cant use.
when try to start i receive only the error message Error:209.
i was searching for a solution and i found

You will need to send your activation code to Encore tech support, using the info from this link. Encore tech support does not monitor the forum.

I have the same problem: I get Error 209, I have sent the given code ) to the technical
support and still did not get an answer after 3 days !
Does anybody know how to proceed ?
