ViaCAD Pro - Associative Dimensioning - How do do associative dimensioning

Is it possible to do associative dimensioning in ViaCAD Pro? Is there a way that I could define a dimension with a variable? It seems there is no way to do any type of top down designing. In earlier versions this was supported with licensed technology. ViaCAD does support intelligent parts with a feature tree. For example: 1. Create block 2. Add a Fillet to block edge 3. Modify block length and fillet updates. Can a dim of one object be tied to or associated with the a dim of any other object? So there is no way for me to say create two different holes in said block and when the diameter of one hole changes then the diameter of the other hole changes, assuming the holes are of equal diameter? Hmmm is this feature available in Shark? What is the suggested way of having "driving" dimensions? Thanks
