Hi All,
I created a replacement part for my toaster using the subdivision/mesh tools.
When translating the quad mesh to a NURBS object there were 2 inconsistencies in the resulting NURB surface result on the same end of the part, and only there.
I'm wondering what lead to this issue and how I might get expected results later. I am attaching a few links to my public folder on dropbox of 3 images; one of the mesh object, and 2 images of the resulting NURBS object. Any ideas as to why it solved the way it did? Thank you.

Hi Tem Are the normals pointing in a consistent direction? You can visually check normals with the Surface Normals tool in PowerPack. Tim
