If I purchase ViaCad Pro with Pro PowerPack, will there be a discount given to upgrade both the powerpack and viacad pro when a new version becomes available ? or would I have to purchase new licenses for one or the other or both ?

Encore has always provided ViaCAD upgrade pricing, most likely the will continue that policy for v10. However, they have not indicated upgrade plans for v10 at this time.

The v9 upgrade pricing for ViaCAD Pro is:

ViaCAD Pro (any version) to ViaCAD Pro 9 = $99.99.
