Instable ViaCAD v9 and impossible to re-install - Tried to solve the recent instability by re-instaling failed due to invalid licence-key

After lot of searching for the reason I decided to re-install the program (on the same computer). However a "fingerprint" screen appears, asking for the acitivation-key. I thought I could use my old/original license key (done in may 2014). This does not work. Also re-intalling my V7 on this computer is impossible. So now I lost my ViaCAD, and have to buy a new one. You will understand that is not my intention. And resort to another program. A pitty, I was quite content with ViaCAD Javg
