Nothing happens when I click on the inspector button. When I click on window and then inspector it will check mark. Then when I click on inspector nothing happens and then the check mark is gone in window

You might want to try resetting your dialog positions using the Prefs : General : Factory Page button.

nothing happened but a blinked screen still no inspector

maybe your inspector window is on a missing screen. on mac in such cases i will use "window wrangler" to bring the window into main screen. make sure that inspector window will be active (focus on inspector) when using window wrangler

I am using windows 10 I have a dual monitor display I just replaced on of the monitors and that's when this problem arose so certainly it sounds like what you have suggested. I have tried changing the resolutions on both monitors hoping that was the problem but I still cant find the inspector
Any suggestions?
