Hit the "c" key to quickly toggle the orientation of the workplane. If cursor is over an object such as a curve, the workplane is precisely located on the curve and perpendicular to the location. Tim Olson Punch! Software

I find this shortcut really handy when CNC Programming, unfortunately I can never remember it when I need it. I don't think it is documented any where but here. I end up watching a lot of tutorials during my search, learning new tools and re-learning the tools I've forgotten.
