I am not sure this is a Shark Problem or my system. I cannot shift-select. I do not have the problem with other programs. Occasionally, if I keep on doing it I can get all selected.

Is there anybody else having this problem?

Thanks,

Not to be insensitive, but that is good to hear. Are you on a similar Mac system?

I have the same problem. This is associated with the ambiguity popup menu. Holding the shift key to select items works until the ambiguity popup appears and a selection is made from that. The next selection will de-select all the previous selections. After making the selection from the popup, release the shift key and hold it again to continue selecting. At first, I thought my shift key was defective. The prompt window will give you a clue as to whether the next selection will add to your selections or de-select all. When the selection tool is selected there are three lines of instructions, pressing the shift key changes it to two lines, as long as there are two lines you will add to the selections. After selecting from the popup menu, the prompt window reverts back to the original three lines. At this point release the shift key and re-engage it to continue.
