Hi,
i purchased a ViaCAD 9 pro Version last Year and worked with it several Months without Problems.
Now i had to install it again because i had to reinstall my complete computer. First i got a "Fingerprint mismatch" Error after installing it. The german "Support" told me to delete the Program using a Third Party Software called "Revo", download a trial Version from the official Downloadpage and reinstall the Program. I did as i was told and got a message, that the Program can not be activated because there are no current Activations. I sent a screenshot to the "Support" Team and got as solution for my problem the same answer as the day before, i shall download a trial Version from the Downloadpage.
I can hardly understand why it is impossible to install this Program. The Hardware didnt changed since i purchased the key and it worked till now.
I havent got an answer since Thursday from the german "Support" and i am really pi..ed. I cant use the Program since several Weeks. This is not a cracked Version nor do i have a stolen Key.

Does anybody have a solution for me?

Welche Version hast Du?

Die ausgelieferte Version vom Sommer / Herbst 2015 hat sich nicht installieren lassen, ich hatte von Avanquest einen neuen Download-Link bekommen, dann funktionierte alles.

ViaCADPro9_DE.exe

oder

ViaCADPro9_1166_ESD_DE_YDRM.exe

Ich habe die genommen, die mir Avanquest selbst vorgeschlagen hat:

Dann die Version unter "jetzt testen". Es ist die "ViaCADPro9_1181_YDRM_AMZ_DE". Ich hatte auch noch ne ältere Version ausprobiert die definitiv beim letzten Mal lief. Funktioniert aber auch nicht mehr mit meinem Key. Den Key spiele ich immer mit copy/paste aus der Originalmail ein, also auch keinen Vertipper.

Ich finde es sehr nervig immer nur mit vorgefertigten Mails abgespeist zu werden. Bei Freeware mag das ja sein, aber nicht wenn man die Software original gekauft hat. Und wenn sich dann der "Support" garnicht mehr meldet ist das nur noch eine Frecheit.

Kundenkonto hab ich natürlich.

... dann habe ich nur noch 1 Idee:
Die EXE.-Datei nicht mit Doppelklick starten, sondern rechte Mousetaste und "Starten als Administrator" wählen, auch wenn es (wie bei mir) nur einen Nutzer gibt, der eigentlich automatisch Admin sein sollte. Das hatte auch schon geholfen.

Das war auch eine der Vorgaben seitens des tollen "Supports". Bringt nichts. Vielleicht sollte ich mich mal direkt an Tim Olson wenden.

Hi Stefan

The DRM monitors the number of installs. It sounds like it triggered a flag for number of installs. I do not have access to the DRM, as Encore adds it to the product. I would suggest contacting Encore support. This will get you to Todd who should be able to fix this issue for you. I'll forward him your post and email address as well.
