To be proper I might pull out one of the old how to draw figure drawing books, and follow those directions.
being to draw fast a representation, simplify:
draw cl profile of chest
extrude
cl bend slightly along the vertical axis.
draw front of chest shape, terminating vertical sections about arm height
extend verticles high.
extrude into chest.
draw cylinder for neck.
hide cylinder.
equal chest profile solid and front shape solid.
unhide neck and add to solid.
fillet seam.
fillet shoulder blades (one ellipse fillet nice, the other refused, so I just radialled)

thank you very much for your help! :)

I tried an approach to volume types.

This works well and prevents errors tears, typical work surfaces.

What do you think?

Is that second optin on the Skin Solid tool in SFX? I have Shark LT, and do not see that second icon. Looks like it is for rail sweeps.
