Its been running OK on my Windows 10 64 bit System since I purchased the upgrade from V9 in the middle of October. but this morning, when I try to start it it comes up with a message box the with the title 'Critical Error' and the message 'Build Image is Too Old'.

Just in case anyone else gets this problem. Tod at Encore Support informs me that there is a problem with the original build, and gave me a link to a newer one that fixed the problem.

I received the same message this morning for ViaCad Pro v10 that I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately tech support is not available on weekends. Anyone know of any workaround to get me through the weekend? I hate to waste an entire weekend.

Hello, I installed ViaCad V10 (upgrade from V8) on windows 10 64 bit but it does not work whit an error message "Built image is too old"
how should I proceed?

Send an email to Encore Support and explain the problem. They will send you a link to a newer build which will sort it out. (see Tim's response above).

That's total BS !!!

It's weekend here now, and I run in the same problem.

Why I don't get some weeks ago a "I'm so sorry-Email" with the download link for the actual version.

Mybe a bugfix version to fix some issues too.

But, this could named as professional behavior.

Free free to private email me. There is an option in the forum to send email.

I check my mail on the weekends and odd hours. However, I do not access to the Encore customer base so you will need to send me a copy of your receipt before I can send one a build from development.
