SFX v9 lost functionality? - Constraints and 3D Digitizer Gone??

I just upgraded to SFX v9 from v7 yesterday. Looks like there are quite a few changes. I'm anxious to try some of the new tools out and revisit some of the models that failed with v7.

-I'm unable to find the constraints palette nor is there reference in help, shall I conclude the functionality is gone?

-I can't find the 3D Digitizing palette either however, it remains in the help, is there a bug or did we loose this functionality also?

We switched to 64 bit and the MicroScribe SDK was 32 bit. I'll need to recheck if this is still the case.

Are you using the MicroScribe with Shark?

Yes, it's a love hate relationship though. I hadn't considered the 64 bit question. Not all is lost, although cumbersome, I can use the microscribe MUS interface to format and capture data to import into Shark FX as a spline. Bummer about the constraints, although I rarely used them.
